On your date of arrival, the keys will be handed over to you directly inside the apartment/house booked. There will be a deposit taken by the landlord:

Please hand over the deposit in cash directly to the landlord/landlady on your day of arrival. The deposit will be handed back to you on your day of departure or when you hand back the keys, respectively.At Private Apartments near Exhibition Center, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
